Momentary Leadership Virtual Workshop

Leadership happens in moments of influence. Each day, we engage in moments of influence that determine our ability to achieve success in every aspect of our lives. This workshop explores the anatomy of these leadership moments and how leaders can be more intentional in the way they approach and influence others so they can make the most of each leadership moment. In so doing, we examine how a leader’s way of being, thinking, and acting contributes to more intentional and powerful leadership moments. We also examine and learn the principles and practices that allow leaders to better understand, plan for, and achieve greater influence in the leadership moments they encounter daily.
