Leadership, like any complex skill, is not developed by learning about it in a classroom. Like learning a sport, musical instrument, or following any discipline,  it is developed as it is practiced in the leadership moments of our lives. It begins with fundamental skill development, practice and implementation. As mastery of the fundamentals is achieved additional more complex skills are learned and practiced until one achieves mastery.
